Lead a team of 10 crew members to execute various drilling procedures ranging from drilling conductor holes, surface holes, intermediate holes, and the final phase according to the drilling or well program. Perform calculations for strokes, space out, maximum allowable overpull, and hang offs. Managed the operations and service of the standpipe manifold and drilling fluid system equipment. Completed lift permits and supervised lifting the lifting personal utilizing the air hoist or man rider.
