I help run the spares department at Winterhalter. I am in charge of the purchasing of spare parts for service jobs. I oversee most processes within the department. Such as ordering spare parts. Scheduling engineers for project installs ordering parts to site logging installs and making sure each process is completed on time from the start of the project to the end. Making sure the install guides sign off forms and SKU are loaded on the system. As well as creating many project reports stock reports and install schedules

I was in charge of all IMACS in the retail sector. This would involve scheduling engineers putting together weekly project plans install and delivery schedules and roll out plans. Ordering spare parts direct to site and also engineers byboxes. I would monitor and deploy install scripts and sign off forms for installs also.
