Headed design layout of 120K sq/ft repair and refurbishment facilities, fitted $2.2M of equipment capital equipment, managed $3M inventory forecasting and managed 75 support staff.• Maintained alignment with District and Regional managers on repair cost and asset availability of forecasted jobs, guaranteeing adherence to strict budgetary guidelines.• Led daily safety hazard hunts, weekly JSA(Job Safety Analysis) reviews and walk throughs. • Reduced repair costs 15% through increased repair capabilities, internal controls, and rollout of protective coating on downhole drilling equipment.• Increased repair throughput by implementing continuous improvement(CI) workflow process and tool size planning readiness initiatives.
