Orange County, California Area

Advanced Water Purification Facility for the City of Oxnard. $52M Public Works lump sum contract for a LEED Gold recycled water facility. The facility converts secondary effluent to supply 6.25MGD of recycled water through the use of Membrane Filtration, Reverse Osmosis and Ultraviolet processes. Project Completed 2012.Cottage Hospital Phase 4 project located in Santa Barbara, CA. $287M GMP Design Assist contract for two patient pavilions with a Diagnostic & Treatment building. The 365,000 SF facility houses 185 patient beds, operating & treatment areas and a heliport. Structural steel brace frame construction, exterior plaster and curtain wall systems. Oct 2007 to April 2010, Project Completed 2012.Huntington Hospital West Pavilion project located in Pasadena, CA. A $120M GMP contract for a 7-story building that includs patient rooms, kitchen, dining and laboratory. Underground concrete basement tied into a moment frame steel building with EIFS exterior finish system. A 180’ patient bridge linking the two towers at the 5th floor, 2nd floor tie-in to the lobby and an underground basement corridor. Project Completed 2007Hoag East Tower and Café building located in Newport Beach, CA. A $127M GMP contract, 309,000SF 7-level tower plus basement along with an 11,000SF café and gift shop. Located in level 4 seismic zone the tower was designed as a moment framed steel building incorporated with base isolators. Project Completed 2005.

Coker Modernization Project, BP West Coast Products, California. $24M EPC project involved replacement of four coke drums, structural upgrades, process piping and instrumentation modifications. Project Completed 2003.Sulfur Plant Modernization Project for BP West Coast Products, California. A $32M EPC Project included upgrading facility to meet AQMD regulations, current codes, and increase plant production. A new substation along with upgrades to the Claus and Tail gas units. This consisted of civil, structural, piping, electrical, and instrumentation work. Project Completed 2002.
