Darren Brown is a multi-award-winning healthcare professional. He was appointed Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the King’s Birthday Honors 2024, awarded for services to the NHS, people living with HIV and people with Long COVID. Darren is a Fellow of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, awarded for global impact through clinical, academic and strategic leadership. Currently employed as a pharmaceutical industry medical affairs advisor, Darren has expertise in launch excellence, national reimbursement, and medical education. Darren is a highly skilled educator, communicator, and strategist with cross-cutting leadership expertise in healthcare, academic, and industry sectors. Darren brings equity, diversity, and belonging to all responses, focusing on disability inclusion. Darren has expertise in international networking, collaboration, knowledge translation, complex project management, public speaking and independent consultancy.
