A very experienced and adaptable Sales Engineer with nearly 30 years of very hands on working experience all across the Telecoms arena. During that time, I've been involved in everything from Services delivery, Support and Sales activities, giving me a broad base of knowledge and skills.I've recently been promoted to manage Sales Engineering for our International arm of our Global Contact Centre group here at Hammer, with a focus on supporting EMEA and APAC Pre-Sales activities.
