Outside the box, people focused leader with more than half a decade of experience in quick service restaurant management. Currently undertaking a degree apprenticeship in Business Management at the University of Dundee after which I hope to start working toward attaining a CIPD qualification in Strategic People Management. I am an eager self starter, with the ability to manage my own workload in order to consistently deliver strong results. Studying Computing initially, I also have a high level understanding of computers and can grasp most software / systems with ease. Over the past 12 months, I have led the implementation of a new onboarding strategy, supported the learning of a new McDonald’s franchisee in people management, and received a 100% passing score on an external people audit by the PwC. Looking ahead, I’m continuing to lead an increase in employee satisfaction, which is at the highest rate it has ever been for the business, and reduce turnover through an effective long term people strategy with employee engagement and wellbeing at its core.
