Area Sales Manager in Healthcare & Modular Building Installations I meet with Clients, Contractors, Specifiers, Architects and Designers to fulfil project potential both within the NHS and Modular Building Sector,Quantifying projects and working with clients to ensure Klick products are specified through out each project, also working with major Construction company's to discuss plans for new hospitals and clinics funded both through PFI and Procure 21 and developing my area by building relationships with existing customers as well as pro actively seeking new business to design the best layout and configuration for maximum productivity within specific departments within the Healthcare and Modular Building Sectors.

Contracts Manager. In the education manufacturing sector, overseeing all aspects of the contract from scheduling of trades people, deliveries, health & Safety on site, on either fitted furniture or full turnkey projects whilst liaising with the internal staff to ensure the success of each project.Customer relationship expertise, problem solving and negotiation.Proven Contracts Manager with a “hands on” approach and strong leadership skills.Also led in a production planning capacity and delivered on production targets andProduction control, planning and budgetary monitoring.Experienced in dealing with all types of employee issues ensuring “best practice” at all times.Implementation of quality and health and safety procedures through to ISO 9001 standards and creating RAMs for both Production "in house" and Installation projects externally. Key Responsibilities: -Overall responsibility for between one and six installation teams at any one time working on various projects in different locations of the country over different time periods. Ensure site survey; schedule of conditions and all necessary insurance is in place before commencement of work. Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing and carrying out full site specific Risk assessments and Method statements, programmes, labour and plant resource charts. Liaise with Estates & Facilities management teams at individual Hospitals prior to installs to unsure all H&S protocols are followed. Establishing & maintaining the highest possible standards of health & Safety, Quality and customer satisfaction. Help Sales/Designers with the design layout and configuration for maximum productivity within the specific departments within the NHS and private sector. Co-coordinating multiple major refurbishment packages. Attending senior management meetings & liaising with clients Cost and implement contract variations. Ordering materials from suppliers and sub-contractors. Aiding in staff development and recruitment. To rectify any snagging issues as quickly as practicable to complete all works on time and on schedule. On completion, arrange for handovers, post contract meetings, certification, operation manuals etc and the preparation of invoices.- Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills.
