Operations Manager
CurrentAs the Operations Manager I have a broad role in specific responsibilities for managing the day-to-day operations of Klick Technology Ltd, by working with the other senior members of the company to make sure our organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients in both the Education and Healthcare sector.The main responsibilities of my role include handling the logistics of the organisation, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing the supervision of employees with other duties such as…• To ensure that all projects and designs are manufactured correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with the specifications and quality requirements. •Working with our Sales team to support business planning and sales planning strategy development on larger projects, to deal with tenders, meetings and planning with clients, principal contractors and architects. • Support the company in production planning and making sure the business is adequately resourced.• Ensuring that communication between departments is on-going and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement.• Identifying any skills gaps in the organisation and undertaking a recruitment programme to support this.• Training of staff and managers to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role.• All health safety matters including RAMs, CHAS applications, DBS Checks and any other relevant training needed for both employees and projects.• Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve production goals.• Acting as a liaison to senior management and board of directors to keep them up to date with shop floor matters.• Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met.• Implementation of any new policies and procedures relating to the production process.
