- Manage sales enablement, client engagement, business development and CRM strategies in order to strengthen existing client relationships and build new partnerships with independent portfolio managers

- Responsible for coaching and training on best practices of Inside Sales Associates, as well as Sales Coordinators for each of the Central (Ontario) & Western Canada Sales teams- Conduit and collaborator between internal partners and sales teams in providing perspective on sales initiatives and overall strategic direction

- Assisted in development and testing of mobile app product, specifically feature set and potential revenue models, including extensive market research - Completed successful National Research Council – Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) government funding proposal (September 2012)- Aided in the development of marketing plan for initial product launch in October 2012

- Assisted mutual fund sales team on product positioning through market driven research and opportunities

- Developed, expanded and serviced newly created Eastern Ontario territory, in conjunction with the Regional Director (wholesaler), growing asset and client base consistently over 2.5 years - Continued expansion and sales service of asset and client base in Atlantic territory (consisting of all 4 Maritime Provinces) in conjunction with the Regional Director- Managed fast paced demands of two Regional Directors in distinctly different territories by providing efficient and effective business development calls and support - Engineered analytical comparisons and marketing tools implemented by the entire team to convert prospects and generate sales from a diverse lineup of mutual fund products
