I led a large development team in creating a new internal platform for my company's marketing segment. The goal of this platform was to act as a one-stop service center, facilitating client file data for personalized ad campaigns. However, this process presented an arduous task due to file property inconsistencies. Many of the files were not properly formatted, making it difficult to import them into the system. To address this issue, I worked closely with the development team to create a visual design for the new platform. We focused on creating a user-friendly interface that would allow internal marketing teams to easily upload their files, implementation of automated checks to ensure that the files were properly formatted before they were imported into our system. The end result was a highly effective platform that streamlined the file ingestion process for our marketing segment. This platform saved our team countless hours of manual data entry and significantly reduced the number of errors that we encountered.

As a user senior experience designer, my goal was to drive this project to help align sales, product information, and bulk food buying. Through my analysis, user interviews and research my designed interface with interactive components enabled the entire Sysco sales force to interact and fulfill their customer orders more efficiently and effectively. To achieve this goal, there was a need to redesign the overall user interface and engagement points. This redesign provided a larger window of opportunity for users to interact with the system, making it easier for them to find the information they need and complete their tasks more efficiently. The menu analysis components was the key feature of the new system – kind of like a food calculator that helped sales to ensure their customers get what they needed. These components helped users to better understand their customers' needs and preferences, allowing them to tailor their offerings to meet those needs. By analyzing customer data, the system was able to suggest products that are likely to be popular, enabling users to make more informed decisions about what to offer their customers. In addition to the menu analysis components, the system will also include features to help users manage their product information and bulk food buying, as well as track their inventory levels and order histories. Overall, the newly designed platform with menu analysis components was a powerful tool for the Sysco sales force.
