Project Manager with extensive experience working in the construction industry in Ireland (2007-2008, 2018-Present), the UK (2008-2011) and Australia (2011-1018). Also a chartered engineer with Engineers Ireland. I am the lead Project Manager on behalf of Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC on the circa €300m Opera Square Development in Limerick City. The project comprises the delivery of a world class mixed use and regeneration development within the city centre. The development comprises a GFA of circa 50,000sqm including 10,000sqm basement, 32,000sqm of commercial office space across four buildings, the new Limerick City Library, a hotel and new public realm. It also involves the restoration of 16 existing historic buildings on the site. My primary responsibilities include:- Procurement of the delivery team including design teams and contractors - Contract management - Preparation and management of Cost Plan- Overseeing the design delivery and ensuring compliance with the project brief- Overseeing planning applications - Project and programme management - Stakeholder engagement including funders, partners and the public- Assist in the development and execution of legal agreements with partners and funders- Assist in developing the marketing and promotional strategy for the development - Reporting to senior management and the company board and investment committee
