Responsible for the development of the National Sports Campus in Abbottstown, Dublin, Ireland. Brought the project from concept, master planning, design, construction to fully operational.- Worked with Project Management and Design teams for the implementation of a successful planning application for the National Sports Campus on 200 acres. - Direct liaison with all National Governing Bodies of Sports at CEO level involved in the development of the National Sports Campus to relocate the 22 bodies involved. Developed facilities;• National Aquatic Centre, • Football Association HQ,• Irish Sport HQ, • HQ facility for 19 National Governing Bodies, • National Horse Sports Arena,• Irish Institute of Sport,• National Diving Training Centre, • National Modern Pentathlon Centre, • National Indoor Arena (Including), • National Indoor Sports Centre• National Gymnastics Training Centre• Covered Synthetic Pitches• IIS High Performance Centre Extension, • Campus Pavilion Building, • National Cross Country Track, • Special Olympics HQ, - Responsible for the successful business planning and operations of the National Sports Campus facilities as CEO of the Operations Company, NSCDA (Operations) Ltd. - Involved in the planning, construction and ongoing operations of National Aquatic Centre, the 4th most popular visitor attraction in Ireland with a footfall of in access of 930,000 and host to National and International teams. Negotiated with key countries to host their pre-Olympics 2012 training venues. - Achieved National awards for the NAC- Q-Award winner 2014 & 2015, ILAM White Flag Award, Fingal Chamber awards and O2 Ability Company.
