As the Director of Agile Program Execution for the Microgrid Business Unit at Schneider Electric, I am responsible for the R&D programs, that delivers innovative and sustainable solutions for localized Microgrid Systems. Our Microgrid Offers help our customers realize more reliable and environmentally consensus solutions to their electrical distribution needs than traditional grid utility only solutions. With a master's degree in electrical engineering and nearly 20 years of experience in industry, I have a strong background in product and software development, system engineering, engineering management, program management, and R&D organizational setup and leadership. I have successfully managed large projects, lead organizational transformations including agile and quality transformation, managed organizational budgets, and focused on project execution efficiency. I am passionate about creating products and solutions that have a positive impact for our customers as well as our environment and society, and I strive to empower and inspire my team to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction always.
