Nov '18 - Apr '20Focussing on Digital channel capabilities ([predominantly bt.com), I am responsible for building out the Functional and Commercial Business Requirements delivering a new Strategic Decisioning / AI capability based on Pega's 'Next Best Action' capability which underpins product recommendations across BT's Digital channels.Apr '20 - PresentCurrently working on a new solution design for BT's Broadband product model at system level with the aim of simplifying how we build and manage products.

Current role within the CIO is specific to strategic initiatives for bt.com, across sales and service channels. Responsible for the coordination with internal business partners and internal/external technical suppliers with specific accountability for requirements definition, decomposition & prioritisation through to e2e & component designs. Examples of key projects/deliverables are :- Redesign of logged-in homepage of bt.com introducing personalisation and product recommendations catering for ~1m visits per week to support self-serve strategic intent- Delivery of a News & Entertainment content portal including a new CMS, 3rd party digital advertising integration, implementation of a Video Platform, and use of a CDN- Delivery of highly complex order journeys in advisor systems across a multi application architecture- e2e management for 3rd party software procurement from RFI through to implementation working across legal, commercial, business and technical.Have experience working on agile projects since 2012, and certified Agile practitioner.

e2e Capability Lead for Bespoke Managed Service and White Label Solutions with a focus on leveraging Digital capabilities. Responsible for Ops Modelling, Cost Modelling, Resource Modelling, Service Design & Service Transition

Further responsibilities included business improvement initiatives using auotmation technology. - InLife - Focussed on application AIP/AIS (Acceptance into Production/Service) from the delivery channel, Quality Assurance (QA), application of Tone of Voice and Brand Identity. Further responsibilities were to act as business lead into suppliers for service outages and release cycles.
