My leadership style is best summarized by the famous quote from Thomas Jefferson: “In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock.” Quality, perspective, and integrity form the foundation of how I work. In my two decades of experience with project and operations management, I’ve learned to leverage my analytical aptitude while building exceptionally collaborative networks and nurturing positive relationships with both clients and team members.If you haven't picked up on it yet, coaching and helping people achieve their goals is one of my passions! This passion was manifested through years as a baseball coach, but also evident in many life relationships, be it as a parent, friend, or professional colleague. Using my skills and time as a volunteer is important to me, too. I’ve served in many different volunteer and leadership roles through the years in my church, the Boy Scouts of America, West Fargo Baseball, and the Red River Regional Marksmanship Center (RRRMC), to name a few.At the end of the day, I hope I inspire people to recognize and pursue their professional and personal priorities and live intentionally with a focus on being impactful.
