From day one of Technicolor Digital Cinema’s start up, I played a key role in evolving Operations, from the earliest Digital Cinema releases to the top mastering facility in a rapidly evolving industry and on through the merger with Deluxe Digital Cinema. As Director, I successfully oversaw Data I/O, Quality Control, Vault Operations, Engineering, Mastering, Content Services, Training and Localization services as a Matrix Organization.
