During this time, I deployed as a member of a strategic Logistics Reset Team to execute full site shut-down operations in conjunction with being an Aerostat Technician/Site Lead. I secured optimal function of key processes through complex technical operation and maintenance; troubleshot fiber optic wiring, routers, printers, computers, and hubs within the Ground Control Station (GCS) to deliver full functionality of MX-15i camera systems for the support of “ISR” Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Missions; empowered flight system hardware and software interoperability through strategic configuration; and supervised/executed L3 Wescam MX-15i Electro-Optical/Infrared Sensor operations to monitor security risks. While with Stara Technologies Corp., I managed more than $3M in complex Avionics equipment with an expert 8-person Avionics Team, leading complex team operations, providing comprehensive control over surveillance, reconnaissance, tracking, over watch, and force protection procedures and efforts, and coordinating shift and leave schedules to ensure optimal function of critical processes. I also monitored and secured flight safety, generating and presenting intelligence displays, reports, briefs, and storyboards to inform stakeholders of High Value Targets/Troops in Contact and other significant activity.
