Darren joined KPMG’s Global Strategy Group as a Partner in 2014, having been a Founder and Director of Pacific Strategy Partners since 2003. With 20 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Darren has focussed on delivering practical, pragmatic and actionable strategies to clients. Darren brings a strong bias to implementation and deliverable outcomes in helping our clients solve their strategic challenges.Darren focusses on delivering strategy to clients with an emphasis on Portfolio/Enterprise, Growth and Operating Strategy. He has worked with clients in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia and North America during his career. Darren has fostered a broad client group with exposure to diverse clients from Agriculture and Food, Industrial Manufacturing, Mining and Resources, through to Retail and Consumer Goods. Darren has also developed strong credentials in the not-for-profit and public sectors with a focus on Arts, Education and Health clients.

Darren was a founding Director of Pacific Strategy Partners from its inception in mid 2003. During his time at Pacific Strategy Partners, Darren served clients in the Agriculture and Food, Industrial Manufacturing, Mining and Resources, through to Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. He also served not-for-profit and public sector clients with a focus on the Arts, Education and Health. Whilst at Pacific Strategy Partners, Darren worked in Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and Asia with clients.

Darren joined CVA in late 2000 where he served clients in the Agricultural, Financial Services, Waste Management, Mining and Resources sectors. Working in Australia and New Zealand, he also spent time working offshore in Asia.

Darren joined AT Kearney in mid 1999 where he served clients in the Aviation, Financial Services, Entertainment and Wealth Management sectors. Clients were focussed in Australia and New Zealand.

Darren commenced his Strategy Consulting career with MMG in mid 1998 where he served clients in the Financial Services sector. Clients were focussed in Australia.

Darren joined Kodak (Australasia) in early 1994 where he initially worked in a Process Engineering role before taking on the supervision of the Silver Nitrate and Silver Halide Emulsion Manufacturing plants. Following this, Darren was the process client for a major upgrade to the Emulsion Manufacturing plant.

Darren commenced as a Process Engineer at Compol in early 1989 where he initially worked as a Process Engineer before transitioning into a Project Engineering role as part of the Graduate Program. Darren then took on a further Process Engineering role before transitioning to the role of Plant Production Scheduler.
