I worked closely with our chosen software vendor to select, specify & implement a new enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounts and CRM system to improve business decision making and in readiness for our online expansion plans.Once the systems I implemented were in place, we began working with partners in Hong Kong to create a new brand of innovative air conditioning technologies in Alaskan branded portable air conditioners, fans and humidifiers. These product lines helped to almost double the turnover again within 2 years. This gain came primarily from online trading via our bespoke Cookinstyle and Alaskan websites.
