I was hired by the University of Colorado Boulder to re draft their stadium map of Folsom Field so they could start having concerts again at the Football Stadium. I had to show the exact section dimensions with row numbers and seating numbers as well as seating capacity for the stadium. Included are kill seats and stage site lines around the stadium.

A custom salad restaurant where salads are created and served in a spectacular fashion using Mezzaluna, large half moon shaped blades, to chop up the salads. My position was using the Mezzaluna and talking to the guest and finishing and quality control of what they have ordered.
