Reporting to the Digital Commercial Director, my role allows me to identify commercial opportunities and successfully manage subsequent projects from inception, through to launch and ongoing management, by bringing together appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Key duties:• Review the competitor landscape to ensure the business is best in class.• Coordinate multi-discipline teams both locally and remotely, bringing together multiple management threads.• Identify new commercial opportunities and explore opportunities either in house or via third parties.• Produce business cases to facilitate progression of key opportunities.• Prioritise workstreams to ensure key business objectives are met.• Build and maintain plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.• Define KPIs and implement measures to track performance against these.• Analyse data from multiple sources, to derive conclusions to drive improvement.• Define new and review existing processes to improve quality and reduce costs.• Produce supporting documentation to improve integration of new products and platforms.• Deliver training to management teams.• Act as the central point of contact for queries and working with appropriate departments to resolve.

Supported the delivery and subsequently managed the fulfilment and reporting of a new suite of digital advertising products. This included development of new fulfilment processes and the definition of KPIs to measure success. Key duties:• Built a strong network of contacts at all levels of the business and acted as the face of the new portfolio.• Reviewed and improved process efficiency• Undertook market research and delivered proposals to senior management.• Managed the transfer of products between suppliers, ensuring service delivery remained uninterrupted.

Managed the day-to-day operation of Trinity Mirror’s Business Directory, with responsibility for ensuring the product was fit-for-purpose and that performance was maximised through technical development and analysis of key data. Key duties:• With third party support, redesigned the Business Directory product, increasing unique monthly visitors by over 100%.• Managed and coordinated product testing, escalating issues to suppliers and managing the resolution process.• Monitored the submission of listings, updating content to maximize ROI.• Owned the sales and renewal reporting process, producing reports and supporting the delivery of incentive schemes.
