Acquired by Corporation Service Company (CSC) in October 2005 eBrandSecure LLC was an Industry leader in the provision of Corporate Domain Name Management Services World Wide.Under my leadership and Direction the Sales organization expanded from Start-Up and Zero Revenue in 2001 to 12 New Sales Reps, 1 Director of Global Account Management, 3 Account Managers, 4 Sales Support Staff (including Marketing and Research Analysts), across 3 locations in Los Angeles, Germany and the United Kingdom, servicing in excess of 200+ clients through a multimillion Dollar recurring revenue stream by October 2005.Utilizing my consultative sales background I was responsible for the development and implementation of a successful Sales Cycle that averaged a higher than 1 in 3 close ratio, led to rapid client and revenue growth and by 2005 established eBS as an industry leader and acquisition target for multiple companies.Following the acquisition of eBS by CSC in October 2005 I continued to spearhead the Global Sales efforts and successfully implemented the integration of the eBS sales team and clients into the New Company.

Britannic Assurance PLC (Now Phoenix Life Group, PLC) a former FTSE 250 company provided Financial Services Products (Life, Savings, Investments, Annuities, Pensions & Mortgages) through a 2500 + strong sales force of qualified Financial Advisors and a Branch Network across the United Kingdom.After joining the company in August of 1995 and attaining the status of Certified Financial Planner within 12 months (MLIA dip) I was rapidly promoted through the Sales ranks to the position of General Branch Manager of the largest region in the company stretching from Humberside to North Yorkshire and surrounding Areas. In my role as General Manager my responsibilities covered:•Branch P&L with Direct reporting to one of the companies 3 Divisional Managers.•Branch Revenue including New and existing business in excess of 25 million GBP annually.•Direct Management of a Team of Nine Sales Managers, Forty Five Financial Advisors and Five Branch Administrators.•Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Branch employees including adherence to the Companies Compliance standards in line with the Financial Services Act.•Branch HR duties including Hiring and administering of the Companies disciplinary and grievance procedures where required.•Initiating local Branch initiatives and sales campaigns in accordance with corporate objectives.
