Working both on both new business deals and subsequent implementation projects, I provided a range of consulting services within the specialisation related to defining self-improving (ITIL based) cloud service management frameworks and facilitate the implementation of these frameworks. With a focus on the often less mature Service Strategy and Service Design domains, I am able to target new opportunities to help grow the consumption of IT services through incremental development of an integrated IT Services Supply Chain model. This role was the technical lead with end-to-end responsibility for a Service, owning the technical strategy and roadmap for the Service, ensuring integration with other services. The Service Architect drives technical service improvements to support achievement of technical performance associated with the Service across contracts, grow the percentage of accounts using the standard solutions with defined customization versus stand alone services, and improve customer satisfaction with the service represented and its integration with other services.

During this period of my career I was working on many and varied IT projects both designing infrastructure solutions and also helping the Project Managers to implement those solutions. Working across a diverse spectrum of different industries, technologies and functional requirements provided me a solid base of knowledge and skills to bring to my next position.
