This position is a Federal Contract in the Office of Learning of the Social Security Administration creating Video On Demand (VOD) and Interactive Video Training (IVT) materials, creating audio/visual material for communication and learning.Major Responsibilities● Audio, lighting, and camera operation● Maintains video equipment and audio● Use of Harmonics server and Polaris Play to create automatic broadcast playlists● Develops production ideas based on the assignment objectives through verbal and electronic instructions● Work closely with clients to create eLearning videos and broadcasts● Directs and coordinates activities of personnel during production● Create Instructional Designs through the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Premiere), and executing and laying out projects using InDesign CC, PowerPoint, Word, Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, iSpring, Microsoft Producer, and Camtasia● Maintain proper file sizes for photographs and video for server and web use● Assist Graphics Department with the design, layout, and editing of presentations, posters, and other projects● Assisting in photo shoots and video shoots including camera setup and operation, video switching in control room, and audio manipulation● Communicate with producers verbally and electronically to give status reports on projects, troubleshooting, and to provide technical support● Execute filming client in front of green screen, keying out background, and placing client on different virtual sets● Locates and secures production settings, properties, and effects● Reviews, evaluates, and directs material modifications● Performs narration or presents announcements● Constructs and positions properties, sets, lighting equipment, and other equipment● Develops manuals, texts, workbooks, and related production materials● Conducts training sessions on selection, use, and design of audiovisual materials and operation of presentation equipment
