• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the Genetec and other Facility platforms and be responsible for troubleshooting, driving improvements, and creating training and documentation for existing and future Facility systems.
• Serve as an ITSM process and SME for the Facilities department.
• Manage and support Genetec, ServiceNow, Password Manager Pro, Ops Genie, Access Device Manager, Photoshop maps, and other active systems for Facilities.
