    The business experienced significant disruption in these few years: closing the GAP brand, voluntary administration, and becoming privately owned. This initiated significant IT transformation projects in which I had a technical role:- A new Online platform - BigCommerce - replacing Powerfront;- A new Customer Data Platform - Segment - replacing Salesforce CRM;- A new Marketing system - Klaviyo - replacing Salesforce Marketing Cloud;- A new Cloud Data Warehouse - Snowflake - a data lake of customer events from Segment.I was involved in the data integration aspects of all of these systems, managing the timing of the transitions from and to each systems as they went live. This included priming the CDP with several years of history in advance and combining several sources of identity to resolve a current customer record.Reporting began a slow transition towards dash-boarding with PowerBI. The data modelling of the CDP being achieved with dbt (data build tool [getdbt.com]).
