• Serving as the Chief of the Security Forces Squadron Plans and Program Flight. Supervise 14 Air Force enlisted Airman and 2 contractors.• Oversee the operation of 7 sections: Pass and ID (including Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Restricted Area Badges and Ration Control), Reports and Analysis, Resource Protection, Physical Security, Installation Security, Electronic Surveillance Systems and Information Protection, which provide support to over 3,200 Airman and 2,300 Republic of Korea Air Force and civilian personnel. • Manage the issue of restricted area badges and base disposition of over 2,000 controlled forms. • Direct all facets of the 8th Fighter Wing personnel security program by managing access requirements, tracking all security investigation requests and adjudication processes.• Created and implemented an Installation Access Control Policy which integrated over 2,300 Republic of Korea military and civilian workers and established guidelines for 3,200 US Airman to gain base access.

• Directed the synchronization and overview of operations, intelligence, plans, airspace command and control, air defense and airlift operations sections to coordinate support for all ground operations throughout the Korean theater of operations.• Managed the administrative and logistical support for 40 US officers and 18 Korean Officers consisting of 2 colonels, 15 LTC’s, 16 Majors, 8 Captains, 2 Warrant Officers and 16 non commissioned officers.• Coordinated with two Air Force and two Army staffs to manage personnel actions, budget analysis and programming, training requirements, logistics and automation support.• Maintained a working knowledge of logistics and operations support theories, principles, systems, and regulations to plan, direct, manage, and assess the effectiveness of logistics support programs, services, and international agreements throughout the Korean theater of operations.• Successfully serviced, analyzed, evaluated and instituted recommendations and appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated logistical problems.

• Supported 29 reserve component transportation units, totaling over 3,000 Soldiers throughout Kansas and Missouri with mobilization/de-mobilization and training support. • Conducted unit readiness validations and external evaluations on all supported units • Directed and coordinated inspections to ensure that personnel management policies, practices and procedures were within DoD and agency policies and directives.• Supervised a training team consisting of two regular Army senior NCOs and 18 reserve component officers and NCOs.

• Established and maintained personnel management policies, practices, and procedures including the ability to adjust work operations to meet emergencies for over 1,100 personnel.• Led and directed work measurement, methods and procedures, manpower requirements utilization and reviews and implements changes to organization and resource controls/programs. • Assisted with the development and implementation of the commander’s decisions, guidance, policies and budget.• Integrated a complex logistical plan to order, acquire, schedule and install critical shortage parts to ensure the readiness of over 3,000 supported pieces of equipment.

• Developed a comprehensive plan, coordinated multiple modes of transportation and successfully tracked and executed the redeployment of 23,000 Soldiers and 13,000 pieces of equipment out of Iraq.• Determined external transportation and other support requirements for all operations.• Supervised an office consisting of 8 civilian employees and 3 military personnel in the management, status, reporting and deconfliction of all main supply routes in the division area of operations.• Developed complex logistical estimates and completed numerous missions that required multi-national support by air, rail and land to move equipment and supplies across Iraq.

Commander of a movement control team located in Mannheim, Germany and four subordinate elements that are geographically covering the movement of all transportation assets in a 48,000 square mile area of operations. Provided training, readiness posture, safety procedures, and the health and welfare of 16 Soldiers and 18 local national employees. Supervised the movement control functions required by the theater movement program and ensured delivery of responsive transportation support and services. Monitored and validated transportation requirements and coordinated military transportation support to include military, commercial and highway clearances for moving units, Soldiers, cargo and subsistence throughout Europe. Coordinated inter-service transportation assets, host nation support and local commercial support.
