Think about an amalgamation of education, theatre, and wellness. That's what I do. Through activities commonly associated with theatre or drama, participants learn to make choices for themselves: to take a break when necessary, to reach out for a long overdue conversation, to build a network of support for themselves, and to create change in their own communities.Specifically, I am motivated to create spaces and processes for personal safety, choice, surrender, and interpersonal trust. In a time of volatility and uncertainty, it's easy to do someone else's work or stick to someone else's agenda, so that we get some semblance of stability. In exchange, we are often held back from achieving our fullest potential as unique, creative, and playful persons. How can we allow 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 to emerge in our communities? How can we create our own places in society?
