Assures the One-Stop Career Center's compliance with Federal Regulations, standards of performance and contractual provisions of the grant agreement mandating special service for veterans. Provides direct workforce services to veterans and employers on behalf of veterans. Facilitates the full range of priority workforce services for veterans in the One-Stop Career System. Provides functional oversight over the Veteran’s Program and the service delivery strategies and services targeting veterans. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with all Veterans’ Program Performance Measurements and goals in the One-Stop Career Center. Provides direct or facilitates full range of workforce services for veterans, including newly separated veterans. Functionally coordinates the provision of employment and training services to eligible veterans by one-stop associates and service providers. Assists supervisor/district director in monitoring all phases of the Veterans’ Program that is provided in a large One-Stop office with a large veterans’ customer base. Show less
