Took on the role as well performance analyst/ data analyst post covid, with the company focus firmly on successful delivery of well abandonment campaigns on two of the company assets. This involved conducting detailed analyses and benchmarking data. Presentations to management and highlighting issues. Also managed our offshore performance coaches. Supported the well abandonment engineers during operations and took the lead in planning two wells for abandonment.

Joined well delivery team, supporting drilling, completions and well services community with core responsibilities of managing wells data, administrating systems used, training personnel and helping drive performance from information and data gathered. Throughout this time there were a number of management changes, upheavals, personnel movement in and out, reorganisations and changes in strategy. I continued to adapt and deliver results.Spearheaded secondary role as facilitator and event coordinator, organising and coordinating six crew engagement events in 2017 and early 2020. These involved 60-70 people at each event, staying 2 nights at a hotel and using conference facilities. Working to budgets, worked closely with a professional facilitating company, organised entertainment and transport. Also independently ran several workshops and planning meetings for the wells team.I was also the office framing facilitation team lead in 2019 until Covid hit. This involved helping projects in the opening steps of decision quality analyses and identifying key Project issues.Further: Conducted regular comprehensive performance analyses on drilling, completion and well services. Produced regular drilling and completions performance analyses, using Rushmore and our own data for management presentations. Recommended well planning improvements based on analyses of wells performance data. Filled in one trip on Magnus as Wellsite Drilling Engineer, supporting the drilling supervisors with planning and preparation, safety focus, continual performance monitoring and improvement. On hand Data manager and application expert in Landmark. Trained/ mentored the engineers in using Compass, StressCheck and WellPlan and promoted use within the department. Developed training documentation and workflows.  Further enhanced knowledge/ understanding through training in stuck pipe, completion design, directional drilling/ borehole surveying, drilling fluids and wireline interventions.

providing accurate and timely support to global geoscience and engineering teams. Responsible, as part of a team, for delivering global support to the Landmark suite of Drilling Engineering applications for BP providing mentoring, training and direct support to the client for the engineering software: Wellplan, Stresscheck and Compass. Also providing support for DecisionSpace and Openworks, Halliburton's- Landmark's 3D visualisation software. Tasked with providing training documentation and delivering LiveMeeting training courses. Delivered global support to Shell Exploration and Production for 10 months for Drilling Reporting applications, OpenWells, DataAnalyser and Profile. Produced training material and as part of a global deployment project team successfully deployed OpenWells to Trinidad and Tobago on behalf of BP. Installed the application to an offshore installation and provided training to the Well Site Leaders. Demonstrated abilities in analysing problems encountered with Landmark engineering applications on a routine basis. Conducted appropriate diagnostic procedures to determine issues and liaised with other team members to resolve larger issues (locally and through the global networks).

In charge of and improved the quality control of end of well reports and logs, and managed well data submitted to the operator, represented by the Operations Geologist.Aided and assisted the operations coordinators and managed the position on several occasions. Coordinated offshore logging jobs- both personnel and equipment. Managed time effectively to complete the job and keep on top of the workload.Handled the competency assessor position for the department which involved reviewing and assessing the standard of the offshore staff.

Worked as a Logging Geologist at the wellsite reporting to both the company representative and the wellsite Geologist. UKCS, Northern N.Sea, Cromarty Firth, Southern N Sea, Central N.Sea. Also worked as a Data Engineer and was responsible for communicating with clients and worked closely with monitoring the well. I was also responsible for:o Sampling and analysis of drill cuttings and hydrocarbons and preparation of the Geological log. o Collection, interpretation, presentation of drilling data; formation pressure evaluation and gas detection.o Creating Formation Evaluation, Pressure Evaluation, Drilling Evaluation and Gas Ratio logs. o Maintaining and setting up the surface logging sensors. o Experience includes working on BP HPHT wells and monitoring cement jobs.
