My career in FX has spanned five decades and five continents. My most recent position was as Global Head of Spot FX and Precious Metals and Head of FX EMEA for NEX Markets (formerly EBS/ICAP). This further allowed me to represent the company on the CFEC, AFXC and ECB FX Working Group. I was an inaugural member of the GFXC (having been part of the MPG that helped construct the Global FX Code of Conduct) and further co-chaired the Disclosures & Transparency WG. Many in our industry have rich histories of experience, but far fewer can truly add "histories of success". I have been fortunate enough to lead and work in teams of exceptional individuals, my key highlights being the development of the OTC spot Rouble market, the establishment of EBS as the primary venue for spot CNH globally as well as significantly elevating the Asian NDF product & revenues.Having founded Harperdan Consulting, I am now able to focus my skill sets on a broad range of challenges for a diverse set of clients including Capitolis, EVIA and Corellian Trading Academy.
