My current role as a case handler is to investigate and resolve written and verbal complaints from customers with home, home emergency and car breakdown insurance policies. I deal with Chief Executive complaints, Media and Financial Ombudsman complaints in line with FCA requirements. I treat customers fairly and deal with complaints in a timely manner, ensuring the best outcome for our customers. I work collaboratively with colleagues in Customer Relations and Direct Line Group and effectively manage a workload of complaints.
