Driving force behind Impact, including setting up the various company units and divisions and starting a separate company, Impact Health lead by Jamie Margerison. Growth in the company eventually lead to the creation of a utilities, consumer and services divisions.

Started as a project manager working for variety of clients in B2B and consumer, including United Utilities, Oracle, Yellow Pages, Reckitt Benckiser. Progressed to Business Development Director surpassing annual multi-million pound sales targets, with a number of key clients.

Attending the Graduate Trainee programme and progressed through the ranks within the 'Business Solutions' team. Conducted both qualitative and quantitative projects mostly in B2B for Shell, DHL, Citibank and Unilever.

The start of my market reserch career. Started as a business-to-business market research interviewer, progressing to managing multi-national projects within the plastics and chemicals industry. Conducted market sizing projects on different plastics (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PE etc). Became responsible for a team of 7 telephone interviewers.
