 Operating and programming of 3 axis milling machine Worked on Machines like hermle C400 U 5_axis cnc milling machine, hermle C250 3_axis cncmachine and DMG dmc 650V 3 axis cnc machine (hiedenhien control tnc 640). Worked on materials like aluminum Megnesium alloy during fabrication of complex sattelitecomponents. Involved in studying and analyzing the drawings and programs. Learned manual programing and cycles in hiedenhien controls.

 Hands on experience in Operating and Programming of CNC Milling 4-Axis. Involved in proving out (Trail setups) of different Milling cutter. Producing Gullet Machining (4th axis enabled in Haas vf2) Inspection of Runout of milling cutters & end mills Dimension inspection in profile projector Involved in studying and analyzing the drawings and programs.
