Current ISM-SKG – Quality Assurance LeadRoles and Responsibilities in Project:• Understanding business requirements and managing team - facilitating Daily Standup, Sprint backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint Demos and Sprint retrospect meetings.• Daily interaction with Product owner/Product marketing to facilitate team’s interaction with them.• Responsible for test management activities like Test Estimation, Test Strategy and Test Plan. • Successfully configured & integrated HSM (Hardware Security Module) test lab infrastructure with ISM application along with load balancing server managing multiple clients.• Ownership of configuring, enhancements, integration of INS Manufacturing Servers using card reader – smart cards to with SKG system.• Successfully designed, architected automation using Selenium Winapp driver & Coded UI using C# for application installation, configuration, lead team for automating around 900 regression test cases using Page Object Model framework and enhancements.• Implemented CI/CD pipeline in Azure for automation regression test run, responsible for driving for automation build execution triggering, monitoring & reporting.• Design and implementation of CI/CD pipeline in Azure• Development of application features/enhancements in WPF, windows console application and restful API for the project.• Developed Deployment analyzer tool – a console application to validate the releasing build.• Developed a component to read keys from the certificate and sign using the smartcard reader in JAVA• Responsible for resolving any high priority Customer support issues, Client Handling and Customer Demos.• Responsible for Risk and Mitigation of project deliveries, setting up deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.• Managing a team of 15 QA members, Portfolio of 2 Projects, Mentoring and Coaching the team members.
