Job Responsibilities• Carry out preventive maintenance jobs to minimize downtime of equipment (replace the damage/wear part earliest to ensure failure against whole equipment)• Planning of the man power and material for the daily jobs and for the shutdowns• Safety assurance in plant. Preparing list for safety related jobs and execute for same.• Trend analysis of pyro section and condition monitoring of fans.• Documentation, daily paper work.• Breakdown maintenance.• Preparation of lubrication schedule and execute same.• Active member of Training Department.Work experience:• Maintenance of KILN, pyro section also had work in shutdown in same department.Main jobs include welding of tire, Non-Destructive test (MPT, UT, DP) of all tires, shimming of tires, change of inlet seal.• Experience of Raw mill (VRM) shutdown work. Buttoning of rollers. Hard facing of rollers. Replacement of rollers. Replacement of the bags of raw mill bag house.• Replacement of belt of Kiln feed bucket elevator (135 meters).• Basic knowledge of hydraulics.• Knowledge of clinker cooler. Sealing of compartment, change of bullnose, replacement of track,• Maintenance of fan, alignment of bearings, vibration and temperature monitoring of bearings, replacement of bearing if required.• Basic Knowledge of NDT (non-destructive test).• Replacement of kiln thruster Bearings.
