As a Supplier Quality Engineer, I am passionate about achieving high-quality performance at our supplier partners through the application and practice of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) during the industrialization of Philips products/parts within the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. I have over 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality and Product Quality Control, with strong skills in Quality Engineering, Supplier Sourcing, and Supplier Management. I am currently pursuing a Master of Technology degree in Quality Management System from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which complements my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pune. I also hold a certification as an Internal Auditor ISO 13485:2016 from BSI, which enables me to conduct effective audits and ensure compliance to quality standards. Some of my key achievements as a SQE include driving APQP plan development, execution, monitoring, and control, executing supplier performance monitoring, reporting, improvement and development activities, and managing operations involving resource planning, materials planning, in-process inspection, and team building. As a Product Quality Inspector, I have demonstrated my ability to perform quality compliance and DEFOA management of global projects, conduct DHR review activities, and provide complete analysis & root cause for DEFOA & customer complaint with the help of cross-functional teams. I take pride in my ability to identify, investigate, and resolve supplier technical and system issues related to product and process realization, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Plants, Operations, and Global Procurement Office to clarify requirements and improve action closure lead time. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the continuous quality improvement of Philips products and services.
