Ensuring timely payments and settlement of claims • Providing email as well as call assistance to customers with invoice related concerns • Preparation of proforma invoices as well as Tax invoices using Xero accounting software as per client and business requirements • Preparing AR Aging report and summarizing the same in order to highlight the reason for non-collection of payments. • Playing the role of retention specialist as well in case of leaving customers and assisting them according to their business specific needs. • Devising a chat-bot system for the entire organisation to decrease company costing and operational expenses
