Sometimes just by realigning the processors with zero financial implications but involving high level stake holder interaction.b) Support project coordination and start-up • Moderating activities between the operations and project teams• Track project progress and plan trials on ground for all concerned stake holders.• Conduct and coordinate trials, plan and phase stake holder participation• Escalate to project department issues that need early resolution.• Continue to track and record the trials till the processors is ready to use• Declaring facilities open systematically in a phased manner.• Support smooth transition of operations c) Long term capacity development plan- This involves understanding the peak hour traffic forecasts provided by consultants and comparing with the developing scenarios based on actual operations and projecting :• Year on Year Peak hour demand behavior towards the capacities offered.• Project Year of saturation of the available capacities• Suggest interim solutions for the capacities that need priority attention• Prepare tentative timelines with support from project teams
