My years as a Scrum master have been a remarkably rewarding period for me and has allowed me to teach and lead talented people on a daily basis. The thing about being a good scrum master is that it requires vast amounts of experience and a willingness and capacity to really lead people. A good scrum master ensures that the team does not sweat the little things and is not ham strung by logistical issues or external factors.Having gained significant experience in the agile space, I am now assisting teams and organizations to understand what it means to demonstrate agile characteristics not just to be agile. I work within the organization to train and teach involved parties, the tools, techniques, processes and values that are needed to be self-sufficient and self-organizing and adaptive.I have 13.5 years of IT experience, Certified Scrum Master (Certificate ID: 542697) working with Agile/Scrum since 2008, working as Scrum master and Trainer. Through strong technical and business leadership I have lead many teams to successful delivery on highly complex projects. This means I help teams and companies to become a learning and adapting organism capable of successfully and independently continuing their agile journey.I have experience to work with worked as onsite Scrum Master in large scale project of 250+ size for 2 years at South Africa. I have been closely working with product owners, stake holders, program manager, scrum masters, scrum and support teams. I guide team for conflicts resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency and helps to build trust.
