He has worked as Team Leader and then Scrum Master at client side, South Africa.The program involved the total team of 250+ members and targets multiple countries of Africa region. Evolution program is built to replace the existing system running for its own programs plus hundreds of vendor specific programs.The program followed Agile – scrum methodology and 35 teams were involved into this, where usually 3 weeks of Sprints were run supported by Scrum of Scrum (SoS) to co-ordinate between teams.
