Project Engineer for $55 million Milk Processing Plant in Jerome, ID. Responsibilities included managing PCO’s, subcontractor change orders, budget reviews, submittals, RFI;s, drawings, and close-out of the project. Activities also included working through the design process with architects and engineers. Worked closely with Project Manager, Construction Manager and superintendents to kept priority issues resolved.

Project Superintendent: Performed all daily activities associated with a project superintendent while building a $1 million school project for Burton School District and a $1.6 million warehouse/office building for a private owner in Madera, CA. Responsibilities included developing project schedule, scheduling subcontractors, monthly billings, RFI’s, submittals, owner/architect meetings & coordination, quality control, punch lists and closeouts.

Project Engineer for $125 million Hotel/Casino project in Lemoore, CA. Responsibilities include writing and tracking RFI’s, drawings and submittals. Project Engineer/Assistant PM for $20 million Milk Processing Plant in Las Vegas, NV. While working on the Milk Processing Plant I performed most of the administrative duties including change order requests, RFI’s, submittals, contracts, drawing review and posting, as-builts and project close out. Developed and maintained project schedule on a weekly basis. Also, worked closely with architects and engineers through design issues. Field Engineer for $165 million Cheese Processing Plant in Lemoore, CA. Responsibilities include managing and reviewing specified product submittals using Prolog, tracking and posting RFI’s and Clarifications, tracking and distributing drawings and sketches. Job site tasks consisted of specific site supervision and overall site inspection. Duties during the project closeout included, organizing and reviewing for conformance as-built drawings, O & M manuals & warranties in both hard copy and electronic format.
