My expertise spans all facets customer service, help desk support and technical support as well as relationship building, team leadership and development.I am completing an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College in May 2025; and I keep my thumb on the pulse of leading-edge tools, technologies, and best practices. I also have considerable hands-on experience in a variety of customer-centric roles including Sales Associate, Adventure Instructor, Bilingual Customer Service Rep, and most recently, Director of Operation at FDC LLC.My achievements include increasing the customer base by 44 and profits by $54K by 2022 while managing the customer life cycle from prospecting to follow-up. I also partnered with management and teammates to identify business problems, streamline processes, and eliminate waste while maintaining full staffing throughout the pandemic.
