Reporting to the VP of Engineering, I lead our prompt engineering efforts and generative AI scaling strategy for our chatbot interface, Intuit Assist, our user's personal financial assistant. I also support the main product verticals across Credit Karma for their GenAI powered features. I am the primary contributor and prompt designer of the CK GenAI chatbot and Tech Lead for the Prompt Engineering Team. Additionally, I support aspects of RLHF, model evaluation testing, and fine tuning.I lead internal, 50+ audience workshops on Prompt Writing 101 weekly that are open to all functions across the company. I have built out a company site for a prompt library and centralized source of internal initiatives, which is used by 500+ employees month over month.
