Carry out the drafting, review, and negotiation of purchasing, hospitality, research, consulting, educational, software licensing, and services contracts. Strategically negotiate contracts, contract disputes and settlement agreements and counsel clients on RESPA and TILA laws. Ensure best-in-class client representation and legal advisement in mediations, settlements, and general counsel activities.
