-Profile-5+ Years of data collection and field work experience using high accuracy Trimble units. Field experience includes tree surveys for ongoing impact reports, wetland delineations, and spatial data collection of endangered plant species populations for the Chicago Botanic Garden.-Key Results-•Biological Technician - Chicago Botanic Garden. In 2019, I conducted research on an ex situ population of the threatened plant Oenothera organensis. Research including pollinator observations, measuring key demographic life stages, and measuring changes in floral traits between wildly collected populations and cultivated populations. I also assisted in the collection of demographic and spatial data of endangered plant species Cirsium pitcheri, as well as pollinator observations and observations of predatory insects. In 2018, I assisted in conducting and writing multiple Environmental Impact Reports for proposed solar sites and projects. This included researching migratory bird species and threatened and/or endangered species that may be impacted, as well as researching zoning and permit allowances for multiple municipalities in the Illinois area. I assisted in the monitoring of an endangered turtle species on a pipeline construction site, receiving certifications in Construction Site Safety, Work Zone Safety, and Excavation and Trenching Safety.
