As an aspiring Data Analyst nearing the completion of my Bachelor's degree in Data Science from Bryant University, my role as a Sr. Innovation and Data Analytics Intern at Amica Mutual Insurance Company has equipped me with valuable skills for a career in data analytics. My work and study experiences have allowed me to effectively communicate complex data insights in an understandable way for both technical and non-technical audiences. Through various projects, I have analyzed marketing campaigns, web behaviors, developed machine learning models, and managed databases, showcasing my ability to turn data into actionable insights.Over the past 2.5 years, I've collaborated across departments at Amica Mutual to deliver data-driven support, developed and maintained dashboards for strategic decision-making, and ensured timely data project deliveries. This mix of technical skills and the ability to work with different teams has honed my readiness for a data analytics role, where I can contribute to a team's success by offering meaningful insights from data.
