High contact representative screening patients in the work queue for financial assistance and determine what, if any financial assistance that would best assist the patient. Determine Medicaid eligibility. • Cleaning morning work queue from overnight including, follow up with patients not admitted to inpatient team.• Start and submit Medicaid/and or HCAP application and documents. • Clean work queue throughout the day with patients that I have located insurance with via different systems and forward to appropriate departments for updating. • Document all daily findings for the appropriate teams and send logs daily of this information. • Answer follow up team emails as needed with information from hospital systems.
