• Price and budget the HVAC costs for Nordstrom Rack and Department stores nationwide.• Oversee and manage project managers running each construction project.• Oversee design build engineering and budgets • Report budgets and job projections monthly. • Gather pricing from sub-contractors.• Communicate and coordinate HVAC location and routing with Architects

• Schedule manpower for each project. Up to 22 projects a year around the country and Canada.• Work with the Project managers on equipment ordering and arrival dates. • Put Labor schedules together for each project, with construction timelines for the general contractor• Plan equipment picks. • Manage ongoing labor costs. • Prepare timeline for shop fabrication of duct work and equipment delivery. • Coordinate and schedule work for sub-contractors.• Work with local unions on manpower and rules.• Conduct quality control and inspection of ongoing work.

• Support sales team by pricing work on larger and smaller commercial HVAC projects• Detail duct work and equipment locations for design engineers • Manage in house Fitting-Plumbing-Controls superintendents on all projects.• Plan pre-construction by preparing submittals, schedules, job contact information for superintendents. • Host weekly meetings with team to go over budgets and scheduling.• Manage multiple projects at one time.• Communicate with General contractors and customers on schedules.• Work side by side with design engineer through coordination and design of a given project.• Price and coordinate crane picks and helicopter picks of equipment as needed

• Understand design documents, plans and specifications to project labor and resources needed.• Work with foreman on schedules and labor hours for each project.• Report costs and ongoing hours to project team. • Enforce safety guidelines and manage safety meetings. • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on a timely basis.• Attend weekly job site meetings to understand project goals and provide support to the foreman.• Work with the engineers on the installation of designed mechanical system.
