Developed brand awareness and corporate image campaign program. Developed marketing department into full service in-house agency supporting Cassling’s three subsidiaries. Directed and produced creative for advertising campaigns, trade show exhibits, corporate videos, website development and direct marketing efforts. Managed Baker’s corporate branding and advertising for 14 stores in Nebraska and seven in Oklahoma including managing: in-store environmental design and signage; consumer marketing including packaging; print advertising; promotional marketing; online marketing; product marketing; as well as television and outdoor advertising. Collaborated with advertising agency on branding and advertising Baker’s Value Card loyalty card program, sweepstakes, surprise rewards, promos, sponsorships, community campaigns and in-kind advertising with non-profits. Directed and coached an in-house staff of nine designers in producing weekly sales flyers and advertisements on very tight deadlines. Responsible for departmental budgets and researching necessary upgrades to ensure efficiency.
