For a short period of time I stepped in and covered duties for our division’s channel manager role. I was asked to take this responsibility because of the strong relationship that I had built with each of Avnet BSP Software’s 30 resellers worldwide. In this role I was managing channel enablement as well as all sales processed through the channel.

In this role I managed, planned and implemented test cycles for multiple software products on a quarterly release cycle. I was responsible for product documentation and updating our website with product and customer information. In addition to these duties I lead a Customer Advisory Board with strategic customers. The outcome of these meetings has been used to better position our software offerings in the market place.

In this role as a consultant I used Cognos Enterprise Planning to drive growth and improve business performance for clients. I worked closely with clients to help them improve their overall reporting capabilities for their business intelligence initiatives.
